These instruments are essential in diagnosing and treating various eye conditions. The department performs a variety of surgeries, including:

Cataract (using Phaco and SICS techniques)

Squint correction

Glaucoma surgery

DCR (Dacryocystorhinostomy)

Pterygium removal (both simple and with grafts)

Eyelid surgery

Additionally, all surgeries for trauma patients are conducted here. The Ophthalmology Service is committed to continually improving and advancing its surgical capabilities. The faculty and specialists in this department actively participate in the education and training of resident doctors and interns.
